I was super excited when someone asked me to build them a small chest shown in one of my favorite shows, “Park and Recreation”.  The chest is made with Zebrawood as the primary wood and walnut for the legs and handle.  It uses pins for the hinges to allow it to be inset within the sides.  It was a fun project, but if only I knew the Swanson family recipe for varnish!
